What does vegetable-tanned mean?

Please note that these natural marks are characteristics of full grain leathers.

Full Grain leathers display the natural markings and grain characteristics from the animal of which it was taken. Full Grain leathers generally come from a better quality hide or skin and no sanding processes are applied to its surface. The grain remains allowing the fiber strength and durability.

How do I care for vegetable tanned leather?

We recommend a product called "bick 4" by bickmore to clean and care for your leather products.  Always test on an inconspicuous spot and buff with a soft cloth. Please use only a soft damp cloth to clean metal. Stay away from anything abrasive as it could remove the finish.

How do I clean metal fixtures?

Metal fixtures have a waxed finish applied to them. Please only buff with a soft cloth. Avoid abrasives as they could remove the finish.
